FAQ

Before you join

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once and keep your access for life. There are no renewals and nothing to cancel.

How do I get access?

Tap Join & get access and sign in with Discord. You are added to the Foldercord server automatically and go straight to a secure checkout. Once you have paid, your VIP role is given instantly and all private channels unlock.

Which Discord account should I use?

Use the account you plan to keep. Your VIP role is linked to that one account. Check that you are logged in to it before you click the button.

How do I pay?

Payment runs through a secure Stripe checkout right after you log in with Discord. The available payment methods are shown there. You get a receipt by email once the payment is confirmed.

I paid but can't see the channels

Please don't pay again. Some payments take a few minutes to confirm before the role is given. If you still have no VIP role after that, contact support with your receipt and we will sort it out.

We keep as little data as we can. We store your Discord ID and username so we can give you the right roles.

Payments run through an external provider. We never see or store your card details. We only receive a confirmation that you paid.

We do not sell your data and we do not use tracking ads. Want your data removed? Contact support and we will delete it.

Lifetime access means access for as long as Foldercord runs. It is linked to one Discord account and is for personal use only.

Please do not share or resell anything from the server. Treat other members with respect.

All content comes from creators who agreed to share it. We remove anything that does not meet that rule. We may remove access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Access is digital and starts right after payment. Because of that, payments are generally not refunded once access is active.

Were you charged twice or did your access never start? Contact support with your receipt within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
